About us

We are a small and highly capable UK company with more than two decades of collective experience in the design and build of professional studios for music, broadcast and post-production.

Our founder Mark Russell has project managed many recording studio projects for clients including Warner Music, Warner Chappell Publishing, Universal Music, Atlantic Records, The Firepit, Wired Masters, Yoo Worldwide, East London Arts and Music (ELAM), De Montfort University, Jamie Cullum, Chase & Status, Muse, Duran Duran, Fraser T Smith, Dave, Stormzy and more.

Our Services

It’s fair to say that a significant amount of our experience has been with music studios of varying types; recording, mixing and mastering rooms, writing and composition spaces and rehearsal rooms.

However, we are fully open to explore any brief that requires our studio-related skills.

We also have experience with content production facilities for the media industry; voice over, radio, podcast, and test, research and development facilities in the public, private and education sectors.

Our Process

We work with a large and impressive group of professionals with expertise in a range of specialist areas that, under our careful management, collectively deliver a studio project from concept to completion.

These include architects, acousticians, isolation specialists, studio designers, interior designers, M&E (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Electrical) consultants, structural engineers, planning, building control and Health & Safety (CDM) advisors, studio techs and wiremen, and some highly skilled tradesmen.

We can help you create a professional environment that allows you to work without disruption or disturbance to others. Whether building a structure from the ground up or repurposing an existing outbuilding, we can design, manage and deliver your professional home studio from start to finish.
